Front wheel, disc brake disassembly
1、 Disassembly sequence: (1) front wheel, (2) front disc brake, and (3) disc.
2、 The disassembly/assembly of the IF Mode wheelset is F1-like, please follow the
steps below:
Note the brake disc on IF Mode is 170mm, the assembly requires 2 pieces of
customized black spacer.
1. Use hex wrench to release the steel plate and
bolt in the center.
2. Use dryer to soften the loctite around/inside
the hub cover.
3. Use quick wrench with no. 20 adapter to
release the cover.
4. Hammer the center of the wheel hub and
remove adapter.
5. The front wheel shown. 6. Detach the screws and spacers on the brake.
