GarageBand
GarageBand provides a standard interface for using plug-ins. While you should refer to the GarageBand doc-
umentation for a complete description, we will summarize the most important points here.
Inserting CS3 in GarageBand
To insert ChannelStrip, first higlight the track you wish to put the plug-in on. You do this by clicking the name
of the track in the left hand side of GarageBand:

Now go to the right side of the window and click on the "Edit" tab. Click on an empty space in the "Effects"
window and select "ChannelStrip" from the menu.

ChannelStrip will now be inserted on your track.

You can quickly listen to the presets that ship with ChannelStrip by clicking on the menu that says "Manual".
If you would like adjust the settings yourself, put your mouse over the icon to the left of the ChannelStrip slot;
you will see it turn into a picture of sliders:
