Configuring counter input parameters
The
New Log Settings…Configuring Counter Inputs…
dialog contains three grids of counter parameters that
determine:
the counter input channels to log
the counter mode used for each counter input channel
the counter options available based on the counter
Mode
selection
the reset, index, and modulo parameters
the default format of counter data when converted
the debounce filtering options to use on the logged counter data
Setting the counter mode and counter options
The parameters in the top grid of the
Counter Settings
area are explained below.
Log:
Select the check box of each counter channel whose data you want to log.
Name:
Double-click on a cell in this column if you want change/add to the default name. This name appears in
the column header for the channel's log data when you view the data file in a spreadsheet.
Mode:
Select the counter mode to use when logging data.
