Dehydrating/Defrosting

your oven can be used to dehydrate or defrost foods at

low heat settings in the pure convection mode.

to avoid food poisoning, cook meats immediately after

defrosting them.

to dehydrate or defrost foods:

adjust the racks to the appropriate level.
