time. However, the setting time and curing depend on the temperature of the fingers/hand
and the mixing intensity.

3. Place mixture in impression tray. It is recommended that the impression trays are pre-coa-

ted with Virtual Tray Adhesive.

– Extra-Light Body, Light Body, Medium Body, Heavy Body, Monophase (Regular and

Fast)

Extra Light-Body (Beige): Extra low viscosity, hydrophilic vinylpolysiloxane suitable for final
impressions. This material is recommended for use as a wash material when using the Tray/
Wash and Putty/Wash impression techniques.

Light-Body (Beige): Low viscosity, hydrophilic vinylpolysiloxane suitable for final impressi-
ons. This material is recommended for use as a wash material when using the Tray/Wash and
Putty/Wash impression techniques.

Medium Body (Beige): Medium viscosity, hydrophilic vinylpolysiloxane suitable for final
impressions. This material is recommended for use as a wash material when using the Tray/
Wash and Putty/Wash impression techniques.

Heavy Body (Blue): High viscosity, hydrophilic vinylpolysiloxane suitable for final impressi-
ons. This material is recommended for use as a tray material when using the Tray/Wash
impression technique.

Monophase (Blue): Medium viscosity, hydrophilic vinylpolysiloxane suitable for final
impressions. This material is recommended for use as a tray and wash material when using
the double-arch, single-phase impression technique.

Loading the Cartridge Dispenser

(These instructions are written for use with the Virtual Manual Dispenser.
See separate instructions for use if using the Virtual Automatic Dispenser.)

1. Press the black release lever located below the plunger on the back of the dispenser and

pull plunger as far back as possible.

2. Lift the cartridge lock and insert the cartridge with the ”V” shape on the cartridge base

turned downwards. Lower the cartridge lock.

3. Once the cartridge is secure in the dispenser, remove the cartridge cap by turning it a

1/4 turn counter clockwise. Discard the cap.

4. It is VERY IMPORTANT to clear or bleed the cartridge PRIOR to applying the mixing tip.

This will assure a proper mix and set time. Gently press on the dispenser lever until both
components (base and catalyst) begin to flow out of the cartridge evenly onto a mixing
pad.
