Transil features a processing time of 1–1.5 minutes and a
setting time of 15 minutes.
Warning
After accidental contact with the eyes, immediately rinse
with copious amounts of water. If the irritation continues,
seek medical advice. If the material comes into contact with
the skin, rinse with water and soap.
Storage
– Do not use Transil after expiry date.
– Store at 12-28 °C / 54–82 °F
– Expiry date: See label on packaging
– Keep away from sources of heat

Produktbeschreibung
Transparentes, mittelfliessendes (Typ 2), additionsvernetzen-
des 2-Komponenten Silikon. Die Aushärtung erfolgt bei
Raumtemperatur. Speziell geeignet für die Schlüsselherstel-
lung (C&B Technik) in zahntechnischen Laboratorien.
Zusammensetzung
Transil enthält Polyvinylsiloxane, Polymethylhydrogensiloxan,
organischer Platincomplex und Silikat.
Anwendung
– Transparenter Schlüssel bei der Vectris Gerüstherstellung
– Schlüssel in der C&B Technik zur Nutzung des Wax-Ups
Anwendungseinschränkung
– Transil darf nicht intraoral angewendet werden

Nebenwirkungen
Latex-Handschuhe beeinträchtigen die Aushärtung von
Polyvinylsiloxanen. Transil darf daher nicht in direkten oder
indirekten Kontakt mit Latexhandschuhen kommen. Zum
Verarbeiten sollten entweder Vinylhandschuhe verwendet
oder die Hände vorher gründlich gewaschen und gespült
werden.

Instructions for Use
Product description
Transparent, medium viscosity (Type 2), two-component
addition silicone. The product sets at room temperature.
Especially suitable for the fabrication of matrices (C&B
technique) in dental laboratories.
Composition
Transil contains vinyl polysiloxane, polymethylhydrogen
siloxane, organic platinum complex and silicate.
Applications
– Transparent matrix for the fabrication of Vectris frame-
works
– Matrix in the C&B technique in conjunction with the wax
up
Limitations of use
Transil should not be used intraorally.
Side effects
Not known.
Interactions
Latex gloves inhibit the curing of vinyl polysiloxanes.
Therefore, Transil should not come into direct or indirect
contact with latex gloves. For the processing of Transil, use
either vinyl gloves or wash your hands thoroughly in
advance.
Processing
Twist off the cap of the cartridge and mount the mixing tip.
Subsequently, insert the cartridge into the dispenser. The
base and catalyst are auto-mixed in a 1:1 ratio in the
mixing tip. Extrude the material evenly until the matrix has
been fabricated. After application leave the mixing tip on
the cartridge, functioning as a cap. Use a new mixing tip for
