Introduction
The Duramax Hyamp torch line includes 45° and 90° long handheld torches fitted with either 0.6 m (2 foot) or 1.2 m
(4 foot) extensions for increased reach in difficult to access areas. You can use these long handheld torches with the
following Powermax
® power supplies:
 Powermax65
 Powermax85
 Powermax105
 Powermax125
Hypertherm’s FastConnect™ system makes it easy to remove the torch for transport or to switch from one torch to
another if your cutting applications require the use of multiple torches. The torches are cooled by ambient air and do not
require special cooling procedures.
Duramax Hyamp 0.6 m (2 foot) and 1.2 m (4 foot) handheld torches comply with IEC 60974-7. They are not suitable for
cutting under water or for use in the rain or snow.
WARNING!
Do not submerge the torch in water while cutting. Putting the torch head under water
while there is an active arc can result in electric shock.
