Password �escription
If ONLY the Administrator’s password is set,
then this only limits access to Setup and is
only asked for when entering Setup.
If ONLY the User’s password is set, then this
is a power on password and must be entered to
boot or enter Setup. In Setup the User will
have Administrator rights.
The password must be 3 to 20 characters long.

This item is used to install or change administrator password.
After you input administrator password, it then will ask you to
confirm the password.
► User Password
This item is used to install or change user password.
► HDD Security Configuration
“HDD Security Configuration” appears only when you connect HDD to your system. Press “En-
ter” to enter into the “HDD Password Configuration” interface, then press “Enter” on “Set HDD
Password” to set, modify and clear HardDisk password. HDD Password need to �e installed
for ena�ling Security.
