The actuator unit nameplate is located on the side of the unit opposite the conduit entry. The
nameplate contains the following information:
• Limitorque name
• Point of Manufacture
• Unit Size
• Serial Number
• Order Number
• Electrical Power Supply
• Operating Time (seconds)
• Motor Full Load Amperage
• Connection diagram
