6. Locate the belt attached near the adjusting tube.

7. Loosen both set screws securing belt.
8. Remove belt from clamp and “unroute” belt so that it can be easily removed from the
machine when pulley shaft is removed.
9. Remove one of the two BHSCS (Button Head Socket Cap Screws) securing the pivot shaft.

10. Carefully remove pivot shaft and pulley shaft.
CAUTION: Be extremely careful when removing shaft so you do not ruin the threads on
the shaft.

11. Remove the eight BHSCS securing the two halves of the frame.
