The

Stiffener Welder has two spring loaded corner followers which keep

the welding guns aligned while the unit is running. The spring loaded

Slide

Assembly (B) holds the Wheel Assembly (A) in the workpiece corner and

enables the wheel to ride over tack welds. The

Mounting Arm Pivot (C)

enables the wheel and gun to maintain a constant work angle. The entire

corner follower can be adjusted up and down using an

Adjustment Knob and

Clamp (D). Once the corner follower’s height is set, the gun can be adjusted

Left/Right (E) and Up/Down (F) using the appropriate knobs.
