Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Bronkhorst software may be put, this software and the
accompanying files are "as is" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether
expressed or implied.
Bronkhorst is not responsible for lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the software, loss of data, costs of re-creating lost data, the
cost of any substitute equipment or program, or claims by any party other than you.
Although the equipment is thoroughly tested, Bronkhorst takes no responsibility for hardware or software failures which could
result in personal injury and/or damage to any customer equipment.
Bronkhorst strongly recommends a backup to be made before any software is installed.
