Chapter 4______________Installation
This chapter describes how to install drivers and other software that will allow your
touch screen work with different operating systems.
4.1 Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 Universal Driver
Installation for PenMount 9000/6000 series
Before installing the Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 driver software, you must have the
Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 system installed and running on your computer. You must
also have the PenMount 9036CH5 RS-232 Interface control board or PenMount
6300A5 USB Interface control board installed.
If you have an older version of the PenMount Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 driver
installed in your system, please remove it first. Follow the steps below to install the
PenMount Windows XP/2003/Vista/7 driver.
1. The screen displays the installation wizard for the PenMount software. Click
“Next”.
