The PowerPro200 is a lightweight portable power center that stores power in a dynamic LiFePO4 (lithium

iron phosphate) battery. LiFePO4 batteries have an extremely long cycle life and long storage life. Having your

PowerPro on hand in the event of a power outage or other emergency will give you 120V AC, 12V DC, and USB

power for your electronics or will jump start your vehicle battery. Simply charge the PowerPro using 120V AC

from any wall outlet or 12V DC from a vehicle power receptacle. If all of those options are not available then it can

be self-powered using the dynamo hand crank or a solar collector (collector sold separately).

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Read all instructions before operating. Failure to follow all instructions may cause serious injury, property damage

or reduce efficiency. Keep a copy with the PowerPro or inside the jumper cable access door for reference.

CAUTION: To avoid electric shock and injury:

Contains high voltage electronics and battery. Never remove parts or access internal components.

Do not submerge the unit or its accessories in any liquid

Keep electrical outlets and cables dry and out of severe weather

Make sure all cables and adapters are connected correctly and in good condition. Never use if they become

worn or wires are exposed.

Keep upright on a level surface

Do not obstruct vents including placing unit directly in loose dirt that could be sucked into vents and

openings

Do not look directly at the spotlight

Observe proper battery disposal requirements for your area

Administer close supervision when using around children

CONTROL PANEL

The LCD display shows the battery voltage, battery capacity, warning indicators, time, temperature, and current

operating function.

Battery Symbol: shows the available battery capacity

0 Bars = below 30% capacity and 12.2V. Recharging is required.

1 Bar = between 40-60% capacity and 12.3-12.5V

2 Bars = between 70-80% capacity and 12.6-12.7V

3 Bars = between 90-100% capacity and 12.8-13.2V

NOTE: once full battery capacity has been reached, the display may show up to 15.2V. Unplug the

charger and let the unit sit for 5-10 minutes. The battery voltage will return to 13-13.5V.

Alarms

10-Second beep indicates a full charge at 14.8-15.2V

10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 30 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 12.1-12.2V.

RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.

10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 10 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 11.9-12V.

RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.

10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 2 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 11.8-11.9V.

RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.

Once voltage drops below 11.8, the AC & USB power outputs shut down and RECHARGE shows in the

LCD display. 12V DC output will remain on down to 8V DC. No alarm will sound.

Clock

The time should appear in the LCD Display. If it isn’t, press and hold the AC button to switch back to

the clock display.

Press and hold the SET button until the hour blinks. Press AC to increase or USB to decrease the

setting.

Press SET button until the minutes blink and set as above

Press the SET button again to change between 12- and 24-hour formats

CHARGING THE POWERPRO

Your PowerPro is shipped from our warehouse with a full battery. Due to normal battery capacity losses during

storage and transportation, it will need to be fully charged before use or long-term storage. Don’t use the power

outputs while charging devices under 100W.

The PowerPro includes replaceable fuses and a built-in battery protection circuit and alarms to protect

overvoltage, low voltage, and overheating conditions.
