Copy settings: Unit => Programmer

This menu will allow you to copy device settings

to a universal programmer,

as long as you have the programmer with a v4.05 or newer software version.

The keyboard correspondence in this menu is as follows:

To increase or decrease the value of each digit. Select values for

each option.
(short press) - Put the cursor on the digits you wish to modify.

Enable the modifying option.

(long press) - Move the cursor directly to “Command” parameter.

(short press) - Nothing.

(long press) - Run the action indicated by the “Command”

parameter.

Procedure

Simultaneously press keys and to activate this option. The startup menu

will show for a few seconds and then the copy menu will appear.

Press the key to enable the “Settings index”. Using keys / select one of

the 30 programmer positions available for the setting of the connected unit to

be saved. In each setting a non modifiable line of text appears that indicates the

connected device once the setting has been saved. If you press once again you

enter the “Mode” option, where setting copy or load should be indicated.

The next press of the key will take us to “Settings Description”. It is a 12

character user-editable line of text, to identify a certain setting. When the

position appears to be empty it is replaced by a dotted line and user should

fill in the text to copy settings to control. Using the key we move the cursor

through the twelve positions in the chain and using the / keys we select

the desired character.

The next press of the key takes us to the “Command” option. Using the /

keys select the Save option (copies the unit setting to the position indicated by

the settings index).

Next, copy the selected setting by pressing the key for over three seconds.

Finally exit the copy menu by selecting the Exit option and pressing the key

for over three seconds.

Note: The language in which the messages and menu are

displayed will be the same as that of the connected

device. If said device does not accept languages, they will

appear by default in English.

Loading settings: Programmer => Unit

This menu allows you to load the settings saved in the Universal Programmer

to a connected device. The keyboard correspondence in this menu is as follows:

Enable the modifying option

(long press) - Nothing.

(short press) - Nothing.

(long press) - Runs the action indicated in the “Command” option.

Procedure

Simultaneously press keys and to enable this option. The startup menu will

show for a few seconds and then the settings load menu will appear.

Press key to enable the “Settings Index”. Using / keys, select one of the 30

different settings. This index allows us to browse through them and select the

setting we’re interested in loading. With each setting a non modifiable line of text

appears indicating what device each loaded setting corresponds to. If you try to

load a setting which is incompatible with the device an error message will appear.

By pressing the key once again we get to the “Mode” option where setting copy

or load is indicated.

The next time you press the key, it will take you to the “Command” option.

Using the / keys, select the Load option (it loads the selected setting to

the connected device).

Then load the selected setting by pressing the key for over three seconds.

Finally exit the copy menu by selecting the Exit option and pressing the key

for over three seconds.

Once you exit the load menu, the setting will have been saved in the device but

the adjusting process will not have been done.

Note: - During the settings loading process it is useful to be

able to modify the operating “Mode” (load
