This quick start guide describes how to install and use the 4‐port EoC (Ethernet over Coax) receiver with Power
over Coax (PoC). The product is designed for analogue CCTV system upgrade.
Overview
The GEC‐14CHP‐R (receiver) works with the FEC‐11CHP (transmitter) to provide Ethernet Extension of 4 channel
10/100Base‐TX over Coaxial cable to 1‐port 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet. The maximum coaxial cable distance is
800m. The product support PoC, hence, no power point is required for the transmitter side and the connected IP
camera if the camera support Power over Ethernet (PoE). The product is good for retrofit of analogue system by
using the existing cable infrastructure.

To ensure trouble free transportation and storage, all Neotech products must be thoroughly inspected, tested and
properly packed before delivery. Check the product upon receipt for any visible damage which may have been
caused during shipment.
