4. SAMPLER ASSEMBLY
On receipt, unpack the instrument carefully and ensure that the components
identified in Chapter 2 are present.
Then follow the steps described below.
1. Screw the inlet nozzle into the sampling head.
2. Attach the power supply cable for the pump unit, to the plug in the
rear of the pump and to the plug in the rear panel (left side) of the
sampling unit as shown in Figure 1.
DO NOT CONNECT THE PUMP HOSE TO THE SAMPLING
INLET NOZZLE !
3. Attach the flexible hose to the nozzle on the back of the sampling
unit and to the nozzle at the top of the pump unit.
4. Arrange a suitable mains supply.
The unit is now assembled correctly and ready for operation.
