TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE
The Nexen Air Volume Booster is easily disassembled for
occasional cleaning or removal of foreign matter.
1.
Shut off air to the inlet side of the Nexen Air Volume
Booster.
2.
Remove the two Screws from the bottom of the Nexen
Air Volume Booster (See Figure 5).
3.
Pull the Inner Valve Assembly out of the Nexen Air
Volume Booster (See Figure 5).
CAUTION
Do not use solvents such as acetone, carbon
tetrachloride, or tichlorethylene to clean the Inner Valve
Assembly.
4.
Clean the Inner Valve Assembly.
NOTE
The vent holes on the Nexen Air Volume Booster should
be kept clear. A slight flow of air through these holes is
necessary for the proper operation of the Nexen Air
Volume Booster.
