Pneumatic Installation
1. Assemble the valve as shown in Figure 2. Use pipe
sealant and/or Teflon tape on pipe threads.
2. The complete pneumatic circuit should have the
basic elements as shown in Figure 1 to meet the
following requirements.

40 Micron Air Filter
•
Regulated pressure within brake and valve
operating range.

For most applications, the valve can be
directly assembled to the brake using the
supplied 90° elbow.
•
Note: Align the air brake’s inlet port in the
downward position to allow condensation
to drain from out of the air chamber if
instructed to do so by the brake installation
literature.
