Solution
Mouse does not work
• Make sure that the on/off switch on the mouse is in the On
position.
• Adjust the angle of the receiver.
• Make sure that the batteries are installed correctly.
• Try using a non-reflective mouse pad.
• Repeat the procedure for establishing a connection.
Mouse is not detected
• Make sure that the receiver is plugged into a USB port.
• Make sure that the USB port is configured correctly.
• Check your computer’s device manager for resource conflicts.
Mouse pointer does
not move properly
• Adjust the angle of the receiver.
• Make sure that the batteries are installed correctly.
• Try using a non-reflective mouse pad.
• Repeat the procedure for establishing a connection.
