The TASER CAM battery is
discharged.
Charge the TASER CAM recorder.
The EVIDENCE Sync application
does not recognize the device.
The USB cable is not fully inserted
into the PC.
Fully insert the USB cable into the
PC and TASER CAM recorder.
If the problem persists after
applying the above solutions,
contact TASER International for
further instructions.
The USB cable is damaged or
worn.
Use a newer Cable.
The video recording is unclear or
distorted.
The lens of the TASER CAM
recorder is scratched/damaged.
Contact TASER International.
The TASER CAM recorder is
unfocused.
Contact TASER International.
There is debris on the TASER CAM
lenses.
Clean the lens using a soft cloth.
