While V-chip menu (OSD) is displayed;
- Select “MPAA” and press ENTER, the default settings are all blocked.
- Use e/f to “block“ or “unblock” the categories.

V-chip reads the program’s age-
based rating. If you have blocked
the rating, you will receive a
rating message while you select
the blocked program.
While in the V-chip menu;
-
Select “TV guideline” and
confirm with “ENTER”, the default settings will then be blocked.
- Use e/f to “block“ or “unblock” the categories.

Changing Password
You can change the password by using the “change code” function.
- Press “V-Chip” on Remote and enter the default password 1234 or your
previous password to access “Change Code” menu.
- Enter password to replace the prior password and press ENTER to confirm.
Press menu to exit the current OSD page.
Unlock the Program
If the program is blocked, you will receive a rating message on the screen while
you select that program. However, you can unlock it by entering the correct
password.

TV-Y All
children.
TV-7
Directed to children 7 years and older.
TV-G General
audience.

Parental guidance suggested.
TV-14 Parents
strongly
