Q: I get an error when clicking on Debrief in the instructor app:
“Access to the path ‘c:\programData\Laerdal Medical\AVS Legacy Support…’ is Denied”
A: To fix this:
1. Click on Windows button and type “%progamdata%\Laerdal Medical”
2. Right click on the folder called “AVS Legacy Support”
3. Select permissions
4. Grant full rights to all users
Q: Got error about not being able to connect to Laerdal Video Server message after reinstalling / upgrading
my Instructor app.
A: After reinstalling or upgrading your Instructor app, you must reinstall the SimView Extension program.
