If you see this when you try to change the firewall setting:

You must use the Group Policy Editor to change the settings.
The firewall settings may only be changes as part of Windows group policy, to use this do as follows.
From the desktop place the cursor in the lower left corner to get the start tile to pop up, and then click on
the start tile.
Then type mmc and press return, this will start the Group Policy Editor, where you will be able to change
the firewall settings. Now on the file menu click Add/Remove Snap-in, click add, find the Group Policy in the
available Snap-ins, the click add, and allow the policy to change the computer settings, click Finish and then
OK.
