If anything is missing or dam-
aged, please contact your
Gryphon dealer immediately.
Installation
In order to minimize any possi-
ble risk of electrical interfer-
ence, do not place the preampli-
fier directly above or below
poweramplifiers. The Mirage
can be used in 3 different con-
figurations.
1. The complete system with
the display, the Preamplifier and
the Powersupply.
2 . The Display and the pream-
plifier. ( the powersupply can be
hidden in a distance that the
powersupply cords will allow.
We can not recommend to
increase the lenght of the pow-
ersupply cords.)
3. The display unit alone.
You can also choose to hide the
complete system and just com-
municate with it through the
remotecontrol.
Advise
ALWAYS turn the preamplifier
on, BEFORE turning on the
power amplifier.
ALWAYS turn the power amplifi-
er off, BEFORE turning off the
preamplifier.
Rear panel con-
nections
Make sure that the power sup-
ply is turned off, before making
any connections.
Three balanced XLR inputs
marked INPUT 1, INPUT 2 and
INPUT 3 are provided. INPUT 4,
TAPE IN and TAPE OUT use
single-ended RCA connectors.
Connect your signal sources to
the appropriate sockets.
