Pull out the discharge head using the special tool.
Losen the pre-load charge by undoing screws. It is not
necessary to remove the screws.
Unscrew and remove the shaft nut. Remove the washer
and the spacer.

shown in the picture. Remove the outside stainless steel
sleeve.
