Operation

Call Summary Display

When the phone is not in-use, the display shows the number of
new calls and total calls in the caller ID log, as well as the current
date and time. Please note the date and time are set automatically
if you have caller ID, and can not be set manually. The display also
indicates when you have voice mail waiting (if you have voice
messaging service from your local telephone company) and if the
telephone’s ringer is turned off.

Ringer OFF indicator
(bell icon)

You can review the incoming caller ID log from the call summary
screen by pressing the SCROLL UP and SCROLL DOWN keys.

Status Indicator Light

The light indicates the following status:

Flashing Fast (1/4 sec on/off) - Message Waiting Indicator

Flashing Slow (1sec on/off) - New Calls in Call log

Steady On - Phone in use

Flashing to Ringing - Incoming Call
