Set top box freezes
(not responding)
Internal CPU and or memory
may have corrupted
Try unplugging the AC mains
or disconnect the power supply
adapter at the back of the set top box.
This will reset the set top box
and re-starts the boot up sequence.
Event is PG blocked /
Channel blocked
Parental control may have been
set.
Key in PG PIN. The default pin is 1234.
Can’t play video or music
from external USB device
USB device may not have been
properly inserted.
Video or Music format may not
be supported by the set top box
Try re-plugging the USB device into
the socket and check if external USB
is detected via Menu Settings
Device info USB device.
This set top box supports the most
common music and video file formats.
However, there may be some formats
that are not supported.
