Functional Description
The following sections describe the cPCI-3965 Series features
and functions.
3.1
Processors
The cPCI-3965 Series supports the Intel® Core™2 Duo T7500,
L7500, U7500, and Celeron® 550 processors. The table below lists
their general specifications and power ratings.
1. The highest expected sustainable power while running known
power intensive applications. TDP is not the maximum power
that the processor can dissipate.
2. The maximum supported operating temperature.
Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T7500
The Intel® Core™2 Duo T7500 processor is a high-performance,
low-power processor based on the Intel® Core™ microarchitec-
ture and 65-nm process technology. The Intel Core™2 Duo pro-
cessor supports the Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset and Intel®
82801HBM ICH8M Controller Hub Based Systems.
