NORMAL OPERATION

Using the Rotisserie

WARNINGS:

ƽRead all instructions before using your rotisserie.

ƽ This rotisserie is for outdoor use only.

ƽ Remove motor and store in a dry place when not in use.

ƽ Do not touch hot surfaces. Use barbecue mitts.

ƽ This rotisserie is not for use by children.

ƽ To protect against electrical hazards do not immerse cord,

plugs, or motor in water or other liquids.

ƽ Unplug the motor from outlet when not in use or before

cleaning.

ƽ Do not use rotisserie for other than intended use.

ƽ Make sure motor is OFF before placing it on the motor

bracket.

ƽ Do not operate the rotisserie motor with a damaged cord or

plug.

ƽ Do not operate the rotisserie motor if it should malfunction.

ƽ The rotisserie motor is equipped with a three prong (ground-

ing) power cord for your protection against shock hazard.

ƽ The power cord should be plugged directly into a properly

grounded three prong receptacle. If use of an extension cord
is required, be sure that it is a minimum 16 AWG, 3 wire well
insulated cord, marked for outdoor use only and properly
grounded.

ƽ When using an extension cord, make sure it is not in contact

with a hot or sharp surface.

ƽ Outdoor extension cords should be marked with the letters

“W-A” and a tag stating “Suitable for use with outdoor appli-
ances”.

ƽ Do not cut or remove the grounding prong from the rotis-

serie motor power cord.

ƽ Do not let cord hang over any sharp edge or hot surface.

ƽ Do not expose to rain.

ƽ To reduce the risk of electric shock, keep extension cord

connection dry and off the ground.

ƽ A short power cord is supplied to reduce the risk of tripping

over the cord. Extension cords may be used, but caution
must be taken to prevent tripping over the cord.

In absence of local codes the rotisserie motor must be
grounded electrically in accordance with the National Elec-
trical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, or Canadian Electrical Code, CSA
C22.1.

ƽ WARNING: Never leave a grill unattended. This will guard against possible grease fires getting out of control. Grease fires can be

severe and cause grill damage, property damage and bodily harm.

ƽ WARNING: Please remember that this is an outdoor gas cooking appliance. Many areas of the grill generate extreme heat. We

have taken every precaution to protect you from the contact areas. However, it is impossible to isolate all high-temperature
areas. Therefore, use good judgment and a certain degree of caution when grilling on this product. We suggest a covered,
protected hand during operation of grill. Do not move your grill when it is in operation or hot to the touch. Wait until your unit is
turned off and properly cooled down before moving from place to place. Failure to follow this warning could result in personal
injury.
