ADJUSTING UPPER TENSION
To
increase
upper
tension,
turn
upper
tension
regulator
to
higher
number.
To
decrease
upper
tension,
turn
upper
tension
regulator
to
a
lo
wer number.
Turning
tension
regulator
from
”0"
to
"9"
will
increase
tension.
Nor
mal sewing is performed between "4" and "5".
Note: Normal stitches will be performed on the red zone at 4, 5 and
6 for regular cotton threads.

expense of the bottom surface.
