First of all, loosen the lock screws (B) and set the stopper C; at desired width position respec­
tively. Tighten the lock screws (B) setting the zigzag width stopper C' at the number desired.
Thus, a running zigzag stitching is made.
The lock screws move the width stoppers iC) right and left at the same time.
Set the width stoppers C; at the number graduated on the plate. Ihe numbers indicate the wndth
of zigzag stitches in MILLIMETERS when the Zigzag width lever ;A' set to "4”, the width of
Zigzag stitches become the largest and when the lever A' is set to O”, to extreme left, the
stitches will he straight as in an ordinary manner.
