[ ADJUSTING THE NEEDLE THREAD TENSIONS ]
The left needle thread tension is too loose. The right needle thread tension is too loose.

Tighten the left needle thread tension.

[ ADJUSTING THE LOOPER THREAD TENSIONS ]
The lower looper thread is tight and/or
the upper looper thread is loose.
