20. PIN TUCKING

For better appearance, use sheer material and

-tighten lower thread a little.

For twin needle threading, see p. 36.

Set machine as shown.

Loosen presser foot thumb screw and insert
square cut of quilting guide holder between
screw and foot.

Tighten screw.

Mark first line with pencil or tailor’s chalk, and
sew.
From second line, just sew, following seam
of first line using guide.

Interval between seams can be adjusted by
moving guide - in direction of arrow.
