To check if thegas is turned on, light the
cooktop burners with a match by follow
ing the steps in the ignition section of
this manual. II the burners do not light,
check the shut-off valve in the lower
compartment (see Installation instruc
tions) and the main gas shut-off valve to
be sure they are in the open position.
