1. Unpack the thermometer with care.
2. Press [RESET] button once.
3. Peel off protective sheet covering display.
4. Hang the thermometer onto a shelf inside the fridge or freezer or pull down the
stand to place the thermometer on a shelf.
5. If the temperature is above 46°F (8°C), then the “*” symbol will flash in the
upper right hand corner to indicate that the temperature inside the fridge needs to
be adjusted.
1. Unscrew and open the back door.
2. Slide the °C/°F switch to the desired temperature unit.
3. Replace the back cover and tighten the screws. Do not
over tighten.
Before openging the back cover for battery replacement or changing temperature
unit, let the thermometer warm up to the room temperature otherwise moisture
may condense onto the electronics and damage the thermometer.
Unit powers off with the absense of light for use in fridge or
freezer when door is shut to conserve battery life.
