Packaging and Taking Delivery
Locate all included components:
* The Group.X audio unit and AC / charging adaptor
* External antenna
* Aqua808 bodypack transmitter and charging cable
* H2O headworn microphone and cable
All components should be inspected prior to use. Any physical damage should be
noted at this time.
All shipping materials should be saved and stored in the event your unit should
need to be returned for warranty service.
If at any time the unit is to be returned to Special Projects for service, warranty or
otherwise, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required. An RMA may only be
aquired from an authorized Special Projects/Ansr Audio representative. This may
be done by phone (1-866-491-2677) or by email ([email protected]).
The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the packaging as well as on the
Return Authorization Form.
