Problem

Possible solutions (continued)

THE COLORS ARE
NOT CORRECT

Sometimes the colors are not correct because your VGA or DVI cable
is loose or corrupt. Please try reconnecting your cable or swap out
your current cable to see if the problem persists. Afterwards please
use the AUTO COLOR function inside the OSD to recalibrate the
colors.

THE WORDS ARE TOO
SMALL AT 1920X1080

selecting the option NORMAL SIZE and change it to LARGE
SIZE.

5.

Click on OK on all windows to exit.

6.

Once you have finished rebooting, the computer is ready for
use.

For Windows VISTA

1.

click on the PERSONALIZE option.

2.

Click on ADJUST FONT SIZE (DPI) option on the left
column and

3.

Click on CONTINUE.

from the option DEFAULT SCALE to LARGE SCALE.

5.

I CANNOT ADJUST
THE BRIGHTNESS
SETTINGS

Check the OSD to see if DCR is turned on. If DCR is turned on, you
will not be able to adjust the BRIGHTNESS option. With DCR turned
off you will be able to adjust those options.

MY X24 DOES NOT
HAVE THE HDMI PORT

The HDMI port is an optional design that is only available in certain
models.

THE X24 WITH HDMI
PORT IS TOO LOW OR
HAS NOTHING BUT
STATIC

If your sound has static, check your video device to make sure that the
digital sound output is on PCM.

If your sound is too low, this might be because the HDMI’s sound
output is a pure digital signal. This is the design of digital sound
signals and you’ll need to have an independent set of self powered
speakers to hear well.
