Before you start to assemble the
product it is necessary to de-energize
the power network!
Minimal distance between cooking
surface and lower plane of the
extractor fan must be:
- for electric fryers – not less than
600 mm;
- for gas fryers – not less than
650 mm.
If you use air duct consisting of
several parts, each next part must be
placed outside relative to previous.
To guarantee safe operation of the fan in closed space, there
should be additional air intake from outside (open ventlight in
another room, open door to the kitchen or specially equipped
forced ventilation).
If there is a stove, gas boiler or geyser in the room, it
is necessary to take into account that while running the
extractor fan takes air from the room which is necessary for
burning. This also concerns to the room with airtight windows
and doors.
If the fan is staffed with electric cable without the plug,
it is necessary to de-energize the network according to the
following scheme:
BROWN wire = L («live»)
BLUE wire = N («neutral»)
GREEN and YELLOW wire = Е («earth»)
