5.4 ISOFIX installation in the vehicle
forward facing for children 9 kg to 18 kg
Place the seat on the floor face down; you are
facing the under side of the seat base.
• Install the ISOFIX base into the seat, by
inserting the three hooks into the seat base.
(5P) The ISOFIX connectors are facing
upward.
• Turn the ISOFIX connecting handle 180
degrees to secure the connection between
the ISOFIX and seat. (5Q)
• Put the seat forward facing in your car.
• Lock the two ISOFIX connectors into the
ISOFIX anchorages in your car seat. (5O)
• When the connectors are locked on the
anchorages, the ISOFIX indicator will turn
green (5R).
• Extend the floor support leg fully out, adjust
the height of the floor support leg to make
sure the leg reaches the floor of your car.
• To remove the cocoon genius and base from
your car just push the buttons on each side
to release the ISOFIX connectors.
