6. Turn Spool (A) around and slide a plastic spacer washer (H),spring (I) and another plastic
spacer washer (H) over the pipe. Take a U-bushing (G) and two of the 1.75 Bolts (M) Attach
using the lock nuts. Thread the crank handle onto the end of the pipe. See Figure 6 & 7.
8. Turn the spool around. Attach the remaining
U-bushing (G) on the water supply side using
the 1.75 bolts (M) and lock nuts. Make sure the
bushings are oriented over the holes on the
frame. You may have to compress the spring to
get the spool oriented properly. See Figure 9.
7. Attach rubber handle (Q) to crank handle using
handle bolt.Tighten securely. See Figure 8
