Diagram 1: Inserting the plastic supports into the basket:
This allows the basket to remain upright if placed on the ground.
1) Insert the plastic support bars (A) into each slot (B) at either
side of the interior of the basket.
Diagram 2: Attaching the basket mounting bracket to your bike:
1) Remove 4 small bolts (C) so you have two separate (D) and (E) pieces.
2) Place part (E) under handlebar stem (F) of your bike with bolt
(G) facing up towards the bottom of handlebar stem (F).
3) With green switch facing up clamp parts D and E around the handlebar
stem (F). Part E should slide under part D. Squeeze together.
4) Screw bolts (C) in (alternate between them to tighten evenly) so (D)
and (E) are completely secured around the handlebar stem (F).
5) Tighten bolt (G) to fit snug against handlebar stem (F)
Diagram 4: (Optional) Finish securing the basket
using the handle strap on the side of the basket
closest to your bike’s handles.
1) Unclip the handle strap from the basket.
2) Loop the strap over the left side handlebar,
back up through and across the top
of the bracket.
3) Bring the strap under the right side handlebar
and then around the top to clip it back in.
4) Adjust strap so that it is pulled tightly
around the handlebars.
This provides additional security and
stability and should be done every
time the basket is used.
Diagram 3: Putting basket on bike:
Make sure green button (J) is in the OFF position
1) Tip the front end of the basket (H) upright.
2) Place hook (I) on top of part (D), then move
basket down out of the tilted position until it
is resting on part (D) by itself.
3) Click over the green button (J) to ON position
to secure basket in place.
Repeat steps in reverse order to remove.
