Can’t turn the phone on

Check the battery installation, and install the battery correctly

Check if battery level is low, and change the battery
l
Check if the PIN code is entered correctly, 3 times in a row. If yes, the phone is
locked, then you should enter PUK code( please contact your network provider for the
PUK code)
SIM Card Void
When the phone displays “SIM Card Void”, you can try the following:

Power the phone off and then restart to solove the problem.

If your SIM card is a prepaid card, check whether the card has insufficient funds.

Weak signal or no signal
