BASIC OPERATION
Rotate the Volume control clockwise past the
‘click’ to turn the TX4400 ON . Adjust the volume
control for a comfortable listening level . If no
sound is heard, rotate the Squelch knob fully
counter-clockwise to temporarily un-mute the radio .
You can now adjust the volume by listening to the receiver's background noise . When finished,
rotate the Squelch knob clockwise again to re-
mute the radio
