To Activate the Duplex Mode
Select a duplex channel (1 – 8 or 41 – 48). Briefly press the DUP
button to toggle duplex on or off on that channel. When Duplex
mode is enabled on the selected channel, ‘DUP’ appears on the
display.
Scan/Lock Button
Press this button briefly to activate or deactivate scanning where
appropriate. Press and hold this button for 2 seconds to activate
or deactivate the keypad lock. The keypad lock will prevent some
buttons from being pressed accidentally.
