PEDESTAL MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate a place for mounting pedestal. Make sure that there
is an open 6" space below deck and that there are no
cables or reinforcement ribs in mounting area.
2. Using the template on reverse side of instruction sheet,
mark the six mounting holes and trace out the center circle
onto deck.
3. Cut out center circle in deck. This hole is for the inner tube
when the pedestal is in the lower position.
4. Drill the six mounting holes in deck using a bit that is
compatible with selected fasteners.
5. Place pedestal on deck and align the holes in base with the
holes in deck. Check pedestal for proper up and down
travel.
6. Secure pedestal to boat deck. This deck area should be
adequately reinforced. Use a backing plate if necessary to
make a secure attachment. It is recommended that the
fasteners go through both deck and backing plate for best
results (see Fig. 1), but fasteners are not provided for this
application, as the type needed may vary.
TABLE ATTACHMENT INSTRUCTIONS
7. Remove top half of pedestal by unscrewing locking knob
(A).
8. Mount table to top base using appropriate fasteners.

enlargement).
10. Reinsert locking knob (A) into both holes. Secure pedestal
in position at desired height by tightening knob (A).
