The grid is made from 50x30x2mm
steel tubing and is designed to handle great loads.
It features a centre reinforcement bar that is also
used for the lifting slings. The bar has a series of
holes (17) with a 2cm diameter that provide a
pickup point for the steel chain slings or the hoists.
The pickup point chosen will determine the tilt
angle of the whole array. 4 additional pickup points
exist for securing the array and prevent it from
rotating.
AX-CA
There may be occasions where a standalone
cluster of subwoofers needs to be flown.
The has therefore been designed to fly both
systems:
CA-215
AX-CA
On the grid, there are 4 additional pull
points that should never be used to lift the array,
but only to prevent it from shifting and rotating.
AX-CA
Most accessories needed to lift or stack
boxes are integrated into the boxes, such as
G1A, G2A and safety pins. The only additional
elements are the
grid, the slings for
lifting and securing the array, the hoists and the
dollies for transporting
