UPDATING IN RAW MODE
In case of trouble during the updating procedure such as:
- unintentional disconnection of the Ethercon cable,
- unintentional switch off of the main power,
- a communication error during the update process,
the internal software (bootloader software) of the device will detect this anomalous
situation when it will be turned on again. It will not initialize the cabinet. It will remain
in a standby condition waiting for the firmware version.
This standby condition will be shown on the rear panel of the cabinet. The
IDENTIFY/COMMS led (orange one) and the PROTECT led (red one) will light up.
If this happens, either when connecting the device or after finishing the update
process, DASLoader will inform you of that there is no communication with the device
and the RAW button will be available.
