WARRANTY DURATION. This Warranty shall terminate and be of no further effect Two (2) years
after the date of original purchase of the Product or at the lime itie Product is (a) damaged or not
maintained as reasonable and necessary, (b) modified, fc) Improperly instaNed, (d) is repaired by
someone ether than Warrantor lor a defect or rnaffur>ciion covered by this Warranty, or (e) used In
a manrrer or purpose for 4vhich the Product was i>ot intended.
PARTS COVERED. Tbis Warranty covers all components ol ihe Products.
STATEMENT OF REMEDY. In the event that the Product does not сог^1оггл to this Warranty at any
lime while this Warranty is effective. Warrantor will repair the defect and return h to you prepaid,
without charge for partly service, or any other costs incurred by Warrantor or its representatives in
connection whh the performance of this Warranty. In addition. If the Product contains a defect or
malfunction which Is not repaired after a reasonable number of atterrpts by Warrantor to repair the
Product, the Product or defeciive cornponent wili, ai your election, either be replaced without charge
or the purchase price for the Product will be refun^d when the defective Product is delivered to
Warrantor at 345 Princes Highway. Rockdale, N.S.W. 2218 free and clear of afi liens and encum
brances. Please note that while the Product will be remedied under this Warranty wiihout charge.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEOUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limhation or exclusion may not apply to you.
PROCEDURE FOR ORTAIMNC PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY. In the event (hat the Product
does conform to this Warranty, the Product should be shipped prepaid to Warrantor at 345 Princes
