Click on the Fast Dials Indicator beside the individual’s name that you want to create
a Fast Dials entry for.
The Add a New Fast Dial Entry page will appear:
First select the Index number that you want to use for the Fast Dial entry. Then select the
Personal Address Book Entry and choose the person you want to set up a Fast Dial entry
for.
Under Choose a directory number for the selected Address Book Entry, you need to
select the phone number you want to associate with the Fast Dial entry.
Next click to insert the number into your fast dials list.
